Bubblews- My Latest Addiction

A couple of years ago a fellow freelance writer wrote on their blog about a site called Bubblews. I checked it out and, as a 'serious' freelancer', decided not to bother with the iste. Basically, I have written for sites before where you only earn for the views that you get and these vary between 1 cent for every 7 views to a cent for every 100 views. I don't bother with any of these anymore and dismissed Bubblews as being the same.

However, the other day I was doing an Internet search just to check I was writing at the best places and ignoring the worst. Another writer had written about how great Bubblews is. As I had nothing better to do at that time and it is free to join, I thought I would check out Bubblews again and sign up for a free account.

I am so pleased that I was bored that night! It is great for amateurs and professionals alike. All you need to do is create a post with a minimum of 400 characters- repeat 400 characters not word. You can choose any topic you like, even writing just a few simple words about your day. Unusually, you get paid for EVERY view, like comment and social media share. You connect with other users and like and comment on their work to and they usually return the favour. The more connections you make the more vies you get.

OK, so it won't make you a millionaire. Articles I write are anything between $5-150 depending on length, topic, amount of research and usage rights. On Bubblews, I wrote four short posts on my first day and made just under $5. I have had similar success every day since.Although it doesn't sound a lot, the maximum amount of time I have spent on any post is 15 minutes. Some only 5 minutes. It is basically a great way to earn a fun bit of extra cash in your spare time or on the days when you don't have many other freelance projects on. I also like the sense of community on there. It is kind of a cross between Facebook and a writing site. You need to earn at least $50 to cash out but this is easily achievable in your first fortnight. Many users are cashing out every couple of days.
